After a good long month off, I finally decided to get back on the blog-horse and come out in 2009 with a bang!! I will be hosting a wine & tapas pairing with some awesome Malbecs at VINO Wine Room in Encino. Guiding you through a fun and exciting 5-course Tapas servings and pairing them with unique Malbecs, while entertaining and educating you on Argentina and its beautiful wines.
